Here’s the deal: I love meat! Almost every kind and preparation. When I plan my meals the first question is what meat will play center stage. Vegetables and side dishes are frequently an afterthought (and occasionally left off the plate altogether.)
It’s not that I don’t like vegetables or vegetarian options. I have eaten and enjoyed completely meat free meals. But I have a serious weakness for hamburgers and smoked meats.
Now is your chance to Make Me Eat My Vegetables
I’m willing to commit to up to one year of vegetarianism for donations to the cancer fundraiser Pelotonia. Pelotonia raises money every year to support cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Due to Covid-19 this year’s event is a “choose your own adventure” instead of a bicycle ride. So, for every $100 donated to my Pelotonia campaign I will commit to 1 meat free day.
Make sure you subscribe to my Youtube channel or keep checking back here for updates! (In a future video I may show how much meat I keep stockpiled in my freezer!)
